We are seeking eager individuals to jump into a fast-paced LOAD COORDINATOR / DISPATCHER/ Sales Dispatch role to bridge the gap between the supplier and the Owner Operator. We seek candidates who are great communicators, have a sales background or personality, comfortable in negotiation and have a financially motivated attitude.

You will present offers to your team of Owner Operators to give them the best load options based on location, time, and value. This position requires skills in negotiating prices between shippers and carriers and will rely on you to make the necessary adjustments to make the most efficient and cost-effective level of service. The load values directly affect your Owner Operator Partners’ and your income.

Preferred Candidates:

• Have above optimal skills to communicate with multiple drivers simultaneously
• Are able to problem solve independently
• Are able to learn and use customized computer software
• Are Team Oriented and can work independently
• Have attention to detail and accuracy
• Are motivated and have an excellent work ethics
• Have Previous Sales and Negotiation experience

$17 For training with no experience

$19 For training with previous logistics experience (Negotiable)

$50 - $100K/ commission a year after training
